ACCOUNT SECURITY & TRANSPARENCY

How we protect your account and enforce our terms

We keep your account data secure by using encryption on all deposits and withdrawals. Your personal information is stored separately from your account balance, and we never share your payment details with…

Data encryption

All DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are encrypted end-to-end. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text on our servers.

Identity verification

Before your first withdrawal, we verify your name, date of birth, and payment method. This prevents account takeover and ensures payouts go to the correct person.

Withdrawal holds and disputes

If a withdrawal looks unusual, we may hold it briefly to verify it's really you. You can contact support to explain and speed up the release of your funds.

Data retention

We keep account records for the period required by local law. You can request a copy of your data or ask for corrections by emailing our support team.

Account closure requests

You can request account closure anytime through the Settings menu. We will process the request and transfer any remaining balance to your registered payment method.

Dispute escalation

If you disagree with a transaction or account decision, file a formal dispute through support. We investigate within 7 business days and provide a written response.

Frequently asked questions about our Terms & Conditions

If we detect fake identity information or multiple accounts from the same person, we will suspend your account and forfeit any balance. This protects fair play and complies with anti-money-laundering rules. You can contact support to explain, but continued violation may result in permanent closure.

Access depends on local law in your jurisdiction. We operate in supported regions; if your country restricts online slots, sportsbook, or live casino play, we will not allow you to create an account. Use the geolocation check on our homepage to see if your region is supported.

We may hold a withdrawal temporarily if it looks unusual or if we need to verify your identity. We will contact you through the email or phone number on file. If the hold lasts more than 48 hours without contact, email support immediately with your request number and we will prioritise your case.

We retain your account history and transaction records for the period required by local regulation, usually 5–7 years. After that period, personal data is deleted or anonymised. You can request a data export at any time before deletion.

Yes, we can update the terms, but only material changes require notice. We will email you at least 30 days before any major change takes effect. You can close your account if you disagree with a change. Continued play after the notice period means you accept the new terms.

If we shut down service in your region, we will freeze new deposits and give you at least 60 days to withdraw your balance via DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer. If you cannot withdraw within that period, we are required by law to hold your funds in escrow.

We aim to resolve disputes through our support team within 7 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you can escalate to formal dispute resolution. Where local law permits, you may pursue mediation or arbitration; details are in the full Terms & Conditions document under Dispute Resolution.
